HabaWaba goes to northern America

The HabaWaba International Festival, the successful youth tournament that saw a record number of 122 participating teams in this year's tournament, will have an inaugural northern American edition to be held next year in Canada. DJ Global Wave Inc. CEO & President Dragan Jovanovic on the occasion of the 2014 European Water Polo Championships in Budapest Monday signed a contract with organisers Waterpolo Development from Italy for a first edition outside Europe, to be held in Montreal from 6-12 July, 2015. DJ Global Wave for this project partners with Water Polo Quebec, the City of Montreal and Tourism Montreal. More information about the expansion of the HabaWaba concept and details of next year's northern America edition are to be announced soon.
