Today the FINA raised the limit from 55 to 60 for all the FINA competitions.

Dear fellow members,

 

Following WWR’s continuous efforts to extent and further develop knowledge and performance of its members, we have prepared a NEW section on our website called “Quiz” where by every member will have access to a series of case studies which will dwell on some of the numerous complicated plays we face every day in an effort to ensure that in similar situations the appropriate decisions are being taken. This section will be updated every two weeks with a new set of questions relating to a different topic each time.

A las americanas, camisa y corbata, trolley, silbatos,tarjetas, impermeable y polo que hasta este momento componen las diversas prendas de la equipación de los miembros de la WWR, en Budapest hemos sumado un bañador.

Minutes of executive meeting 11^th August 2012

1. The president Mr. Brugljan congratulated all the members that were appointed to the executive committee. He explained that WWR would continue to work for the betterment of water polo.
2. The articles that were approved must be amended and placed on the website ASAP. Mr. Rotsart to apply.

4. Jackets / Ties & Shirts

Mr. Alexandrescu presented the proposal and the executive committee will advise the members of the funding that would be available to each member to offset the costs. WWR members must be professional for official functions and when going to officiate.

5. Website

The executive committee approved the upgrading of the website in conjunction with the secretary.

6. Appreciation to Fox 40 for the kind donation of whistles. The marketing sub-committee to send the letter of appreciation.
7. Results of voting at congress

Mr. Brguljan was unopposed as president and accepted the position

8. Honorary Member

Mr. Caputi requested that Mr. Roberto Dani (ITA) who passed away during the Olympic Games be included to WWR as an honorary member. The executive commit approved and a letter will be sent to his family.

9. The next congress will be held in Rio, Brazil during the 2016 Olympic Games. At major events between now and 2016 the executive committee and members will meet.

10.   Meeting was adjourned at 13h00.
