Pro Recco have clinched a 9th consecutive Italian championship on Saturday winning the decisive play-offs finals game 3 at home 12-7 over rivals Brescia. A superior second quarter performance set the tone for a game that afterwards never became as close as the previous two finals match-ups. Croatian left-hander Maro Jokovic stood out scoring a game-high three goals including two in the third quarter after Recco had walked away and made sure the visitors from Brescia were not to pull back. The national championship is the 28th in the rich team history of Pro Recco.
