Spanish powerhouse Sabadell was the first side to qualify for the Champions Cup Final Four. In the second quarter-finals match-up with Dutch reigning champion Het Ravijn a second victory was recorded after the Spanish women had beaten Het Ravijn 8-13 in leg 1. On Saturday a scoring festival saw a final score of 19-15, more than enough for Sabadell to reach the Final Four of the tournament they won in 2011.The second Final Four berth was clinched by the Greek powerhouse Vouliagmeni NC. The two-time Champions Cup winners gained a 23-7 home victory against French record champion ASPTT Nancy, having another walkover after a 17-5 victory in the first leg clash. Antigoni Roumpesi earned top scoring honours scoring a game-high six goals, well assisted by Angeliki Gerolymou who added five for Vouliagmeni.Hungarian representative ZF-Eger eliminated Greek powerhouse Olympiakos Piraeus behind a dominant offensive performance from Dora Antal who scored a game-high six goals for the home side who took a second win after the close 7-8 first leg final score. Two tough wins but the Hungarians held on a reached a welcome success for Hungary's women water polo with qualifying for the Champions Cup Final Four.Last year's bronze medallists and 2010 runners-up Kinef Kirishi are back in the Final Four this year. After a 12-all draw in game 1 at home against Italian representative Imperia the Russians clinched their Final Four berth in Italy finishing on top 12-15. Italy's lefthander Giulia Emmolo scored a game-high seven goals but they weren't enough. Ekaterina Prokofyeva and Olga Beliaeva netted four each for the victorious visitors.
